This past weekend in Brazil, Corinthians drew 2-2 with Palmeiras. Brazilian international left back Fabio Santos nearly pulled off a brilliant piece of individual skill.
It’s not completely clear if he’d have run on to the ball if the Palmeiras defender didn’t put his arm across him, so it doesn’t quite compete with the greatest skill moves in football, but its a damn good effort!

Barcelona midfielder Xavi has often talked about the importance of the training, saying- Its all about rondos. Rondo, rondo, rondo. Every. Single. Day. Its the best exercise there is. You learn responsibility and not to lose the ball. If you lose the ball, you go in the middle. Pum-pum-pum-pum, always one touch. If you go in the middle, its humiliating, the rest applaud and laugh at you.
