A lot of players and fans alike value loyalty, personally I am not one of those people. It’s all good and well to stay put in one place for all eternity but with that comes expectations, If I were to stay put in one place I would want to be guaranteed trophies, I want silverware season after season and to be treated like a god. If you can promise me all of the above then I will be you’re man season after season, but even with that comes a challenge.  How do you keep your players motivated and how do you keep them fresh and willing year after year?
